How does the process work for custom profile orders, and what are your delivery times?

For your custom-designed (bespoke) aluminum profile requests, the process involves the following steps:

Design and Approval: The technical drawings (CAD/DWG) you provide are reviewed by our engineering team, optimized for manufacturability, and submitted for your approval.
Mold Production: Following your approval of the design, a high-precision extrusion mold is manufactured.
Sample and Mass Production: A first-run sample is produced and tested. Upon your final confirmation, mass production begins. Delivery times vary depending on the mold fabrication stage and the total order tonnage, but a clear timeline is always communicated to you during the initial planning phase.

What surface treatments can be applied to your aluminum profiles?
